Kentucky REALTOR® Institute (formerly the Kentucky Real Estate Education Foundation) is a 501c3 organization that serves as the educational arm for Kentucky REALTORS®. KRI was created in 1990 to fulfill the educational responsibilities to members and the general public through the creation, presentation and operation of education programs.

About Us
KRI is run by a volunteer group of Trustees comprised of REALTOR® members from across the state. There are 18 voting Trustees, all of whom serve three-year terms. KRI is under the leadership of a President along with a President-Elect, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect, Immediate Past President and 11 at-large members. The Kentucky REALTORS® President-Elect and Treasurer-Elect also serve as Trustees.
