DEANNE RYMAROWICZ
Deanne M. Rymarowicz joined NAR as Associate Counsel in July 2019. She focuses on NAR’s Insurance Program, developing risk management resources, and general corporate law. Prior to joining NAR, Deanne served as General Counsel for the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® from 2005 to 2013. While there, she acted as panel counsel in more than 400 Professional Standards hearings and created risk management courses and tools to help guide the association’s members through the mortgage crisis, foreclosures and short sales. Deanne also previously served as counsel to the Nevada Real Estate Division as a Deputy Attorney General.
She has an extensive background in transactional and administrative law, focusing on corporate, insurance and mining tax law, as well as marketing and publishing. She received her law degree from Drake Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from Drake University with a B.A. in Broadcast News and International Relations. Deanne is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a Certified Toastmaster and a member of the Semester at Sea Alumni Association.
CORA HENDESON
Cora Henderson is a partner at Pitt & Frank, which handles residential and commercial real estate closings, planning and zoning matters, contract disputes, 1031 transactions, wills and trusts, and more. She received her law degree in 2005 from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Louisville in 2001. Cora has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 2005. She has served as a board member of the Mortgage Bankers of Louisville, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors faculty member, and was the 2019 recipient of the KRI Nat Sanders Educator of the Year award. Cora teaches GRI 200 and other continuing education courses for the Kentucky REALTOR Institute. She is an Oldham County native and attends Southeast Christian Church. In her spare time, Cora enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
KELLY HUMAN
Kelly Human is an Attorney with Pitt & Frank, a real estate law firm which handles residential and commercial transactions, and planning and zoning matters as well as contract disputes, 1031 exchanges, drafting of wills, trusts and more. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Kentucky in 2001, and her juris doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2005. She has been a member of the Kentucky Bar since 2005. She is a licensed Kentucky schoolteacher as well as an approved instructor with Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and Kentucky REALTOR Institute. She enjoys sitting on the Advisory Council for Kosair Charities and working with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. When Kelly is not working at the Firm, she enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, reading and cheering on her three boys and husband, Josh.
JEFF RATANAPOOL
Jeff, Vice President of Strategic Growth and Corporate Development for Stockton Mortgage possesses an extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. While he has personally originated hundreds of millions in home loans over the years as a Certified Mortgage Banker, his knowledge of products, underwriting guidelines, sales, compliance, and service coupled with years of experience in leadership is what sets him apart. Jeff has not only facilitated the growth of the mortgage industry in Kentucky he has also successfully graduated thousands of REALTORS over his years as Kentucky REALTOR Institute's only GRI 300 instructor. He was the recipient of the KRI Nat Sanders Educator of the Year award in 2017. In addition to his commitment to corporate success Jeff is a dedicated family man and is determined to remain focused on the most important things—making time for his wife and two daughters and giving back to his community.
DENNIS STILGER
Dennis Stilger is a 1980 graduate of Purdue University with a BSIE and a 1983 graduate of the University of Kentucky Law School. He practiced law for 36 years in Kentucky and Indiana, concentrating in real estate litigation. He is a Kentucky certified CORE course instructor, Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS mediator and arbitrator, and an instructor for the Kentucky REALTOR Institute, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and various real estate boards around the state of Kentucky. He was the recipient of the KRI Nat Sanders Educator of the Year award in 2016 and in 2021. When not teaching and mediating he spending time with his grandchildren.
AMY WICKLIFFE
Amy brings over fifteen years of political and lobbying experience to the McCarthy Strategic Solutions team. She has been lobbying the Kentucky General Assembly since 2005 and previously served as Chief of Staff to First Lady Glenna Fletcher, Statewide Finance Director for Governor Ernie Fletcher and worked on various political campaigns throughout her career. As a lobbyist, she advocates for various client issues including pharmaceuticals, real estate, workers’ compensation and crime victims’ rights, just to name a few.
In 2018, Amy received an Excellence in Advocacy award from Professional Women in Advocacy recognizing her work on behalf of Marsy’s Law for Kentucky and in 2019 she was named one of the Kentucky Gazette’s Notable Women in Kentucky Politics and Government. Amy served as Finance Chair for the Republican Party of Kentucky in 2016, was past Chair of Dress for Success Lexington, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged women, and serves on the Midway University Board of Trustees.
