To obtain the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation, students must complete GRI 100 – 600 and 24 GRI elective hours. You can find the GRI electives hour options here. Upon completion of the program, students will need to complete the GRI application and email or mail it to KRI. KRI will then process and review the application and mail out the official certificate and pin to the designee within two weeks of receiving the application.
