Jeff Ratanapool has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. Prior to joining Stockton Mortgage as the Corporate VP of Strategic Growth and Development in 2020, Jeff spent 23 years as a loan officer, Regional VP, President, and COO of an independent mortgage bank in KY. He brings to the position a wealth of knowledge of Sales, Products, Underwriting Guidelines, Compliance, Service, and years of experience in leadership within the industry. He has personally originated and closed over $1 Billion in home loans since 1998, so it is easy to see why Jeff earned his title, and he will continue to lead and grow. In 2019, he received the CMB designation (Certified Mortgage Banker), which puts him in the top 1% of Originators, Nationwide. He is one of 7 CMB’s in the entire state of Kentucky. Jeff has also been the state of Kentucky’s only GRI400 instructor since 2000. He has successfully graduated over 2,000 students in that program, and several other classes he is approved to teach for continuing education over multiple states. If you ask Jeff what has been his greatest accomplishment as a Mortgage Banker, Executive Leader, Coach and Mentor, he will tell you that getting homebuyers to the closing table on their GREATEST day is.

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation Fee: $15.00/3-hour course
Cancellations are NOT allowed after 6/13/2023 at 8:00 AM EST
If an attendee cancels his/her registration prior to 6/13/2023, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee. The refund request MUST be submitted in writing via email to kri@kyrealtors.com. If an attendee cancels his/her registration after 6/13/2023 at 8:00 AM EST or is a no-show, there will be no refund. Registrations are NOT Transferable.
