GRI Package
The 2023 GRI Package (GRI 100 – 600) can only be used for courses in 2024. They WILL NOT transfer to any future classes. If your local board is providing a GRI Webinar course and a discount is offered off their scheduled GRI course(es), you can choose the class, but there would be no pricing change or adjustment to the package price. Any GRI Classroom courses selected are not transferable.
To purchase a 2024 GRI Package, you must complete the steps below.
How Does this Work?
1. Purchase the GRI Package by adding this package to your cart and checkout.
2. Within 1-2 business days you will receive coupon codes to the email address connected to your KRI account.
3. When you are ready to register for any of the GRI courses, you will come back to this page, add the GRI course(s) to your cart and at the end of checkout apply the coupon code(s), which will change the course to $0.00 and submit your registration. The GRI Package coupon codes expire on 12/31/2024.

Description:
This course is targeted for those who have been appointed by their local REALTOR® associations to serve on the KYR Professional Standards Committees, as a KYR Mediator, or a KYR Ombudsman. If you were not appointed to one of these committees by your local REALTOR® association, you may register here for a fee.
| IF YOU ARE ON THE KYR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMITTEE YOU STILL NEED TO REGISTER HERE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION CLOSING USING THE COUPON CODE GIVEN BY YOUR LOCAL BOARD. To use the coupon code, you must first add the course to your shopping cart. At checkout, you will add the code on the right side of the page, under the section that says “Coupon code” and hit “Apply coupon”. Please contact your local board for the coupon code if you can not find it. We are NOT providing refunds if you do not add the coupon code at checkout, so please make sure the price changes before checking out. |

Classroom walk-ins are no longer accepted. Registration must be done online prior to closing. Attendees are emailed a reminder email two days prior to the class with materials to print. Materials will not be provided at the class.
Course Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels his/her registration, 4 or more business days before the class, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee. The refund request MUST be submitted in writing via email to: asoldat@kyrealtors.com. If a student cancels his/her registration 3 business days before the class or is a no-show, there will be no refund. Webinar registrations for the following are NOT Transferable: CE/PLE, CORE and Professional Standards Training.
Cancellation Fee: $40 for a full-day classroom course
We reserve the right to change classes and/or instructors when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel courses. If the course is canceled, you will be notified and you may then transfer to another course.
