GRI Package
The 2023 GRI Package (GRI 100 – 600) can only be used for courses in 2024. They WILL NOT transfer to any future classes. If your local board is providing a GRI Webinar course and a discount is offered off their scheduled GRI course(es), you can choose the class, but there would be no pricing change or adjustment to the package price. Any GRI Classroom courses selected are not transferable.
To purchase a 2024 GRI Package, you must complete the steps below.
How Does this Work?
1. Purchase the GRI Package by adding this package to your cart and checkout.
2. Within 1-2 business days you will receive coupon codes to the email address connected to your KRI account.
3. When you are ready to register for any of the GRI courses, you will come back to this page, add the GRI course(s) to your cart and at the end of checkout apply the coupon code(s), which will change the course to $0.00 and submit your registration. The GRI Package coupon codes expire on 12/31/2024.

With the explosion of the Internet, mobile, social media & more, today’s consumer has access to everything they want, when they want it and this has led to some major changes in how they act, communicate, make life and business decisions, and more. They have changed the way they consume media and are constantly being overwhelmed with marketing in all aspects of their daily lives. This has changed the role of the REALTORⓇ, the way they interact with consumers, tools they use to properly service them and market their business and more. At the same time, the real estate industry has become a major target for cyber crimes and digital fraud, plus there are many legal pitfalls and policies from the National Association of REALTORSⓇ (NAR) you could fall prey to which could endanger your business and/or license. In this course, we will explore all of these challenges and more to ensure you work with and market to consumers and run your real estate business and a safe and compliant manner.

Course Cancellation & Transfer Policy
GRI courses are transferable. The transfer fee is $60 per each transfer. If a student is scheduled to take a course but needs to change it to another scheduled course (within the 2024 calendar year), the student must purchase a transfer 4 or more business days before class. There is no option to transfer less than 4 business days before class. If another transfer must be made in the future, another transfer fee must purchased. Transfer coupon codes expire on 12/31/2024.
If a student cancels his/her registration, 4 or more business days before the class, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee. The refund request MUST be submitted in writing via email to kri@kyrealtors.com. If a student cancels his/her registration 3 business days before the class or is a no show, there will be no refund.
Cancellation Fee: $100 per course or $500 per package
We reserve the right to change classes and/or instructors when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel courses. If the course is canceled, you will be notified and you may then transfer to another course.
