Kentucky REALTOR Institute’s Real Estate Law Manual is a softbound book that covers Kentucky Statutes, Occupations and Professions Title 26 Chapter 324 and 324B, as well as the Kentucky Regulations Title 201 Chapter 11.
The 2023 GRI Package (GRI 100 – 600) can only be used for courses in 2024. They WILL NOT transfer to any future classes. Kentucky Requirement for Post-Licensing Education
As of January 1, 2016, post-license education is now required in Kentucky. Pursuant to the law, post-license education in Kentucky will require new sales associate licensees to complete forty-eight (48) hours of post-license education courses within two (2) years of obtaining a real estate license.
